The journey of H3 Care began with a vision to transform the experience of NDIS participants through exceptional support and personalised care. Our founder, with over 17 years of industry experience, recognised the need for a service that not only provided professional support but also valued the individuality and dignity of each participant.
Inspired by personal and professional encounters with the NDIS system, we set out to create a service that embodies our core values of trust, respect, and proactive engagement. The three H’s—Head, Heart, and Hands—reflect our commitment to building honest relationships, treating everyone with dignity, and taking positive actions to make a real difference.

Our team brings a rich background in various roles, including Team Leader and Service Coordinator with Southwest Sydney Commonwealth Respite and Carelink Centre (CRCC), and NDIS Coordinator with Uniting Disability NSW & ACT.
This extensive experience has equipped us with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities within the NDIS framework. We excel in areas such as emergency respite, disability services, and financial management, utilising a range of accounting systems to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
